Fluffy Banana Pancakes

Banana Protein Pancakes
SERVES - 2-4
prep - 15 mins
cooking - 10 mins
total - 25 mins
2 ripe bananas
1 large eggs
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp chai seeds
1 25g scoop vanilla whey protein (optional)
Mash the bananas, eggs and chai seeds together until a smooth, thick consistency is formed
Heat coconut oil a large, non-stick saucepan
Using a ladle, pour two medium sized servings of the mixture onto the pan
Once you start seeing the edges crisp up and the surface bubbing, turn over and cook until golden brown.
Serve with a dollop of Greek yoghurt or Coyo and add a dash of maple syrup if you're feeling cheeky.
