Creamy Vanilla Protein Smoothie


Drinking vitamin-rich smoothies can be an excellent, wholesome way to start to the day. I've discovered that the key to making them solid breakfast material is always adding an extra key ingredient or two. 

This recipe is super quick to make if you are in a crazy rush in the morning. It is also guaranteed to keep you full right up to lunch and tastes like a vanilla milkshake!



  1. 1 x banana

  2. 1 x scoop vanilla whey protein

  3. 1 x cup jumbo oats

  4. 2 x cups of coconut/nut milk

  5. 1 x teaspoon cinnamon & nutmeg

  6. Handful of spinach

How to:

Whizz all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy straight away or store in the fridge for no more than 24 hours.

Optional extras:  

  • Cashews for extra creaminess and protein.

  • Spirulina for extra protein.

  • Vanilla essence for extra flavour.
